PHOTOGRAPHY

Freelance photographer currently working with a Canon EOS 5D Mark IV for stills and some moving image with varying lenses.  Prefer working with my Bronica medium format stills camera and 120 film, for the finish. I also use a HC-X1000GC Full HD Video Camera Recorder (Camcorder).

 

I began my journey into photography in 1997 after training at Whitecliffe College of Arts & Design.  I went on to capture and document the early New Zealand Graffiti scene on 35mm film, moved to DSL like everyone else and started working within the New Zealand music scene. I have well over 21 years of photographs and have made many great friends in the process.  I am continuously organizing my archive collection into a manageable and accessible format. My early Zealand Graffiti collection is now housed in the Auckland Central Library as an unpublished manuscript.

My experienced in product liaison and editorial work helped grow my network and positive relationships. I am particular about working to tight deadlines and fast turnarounds. I maintain and manage all photography equipment, art director and assistant editing, lighting set up and location scouting, talent coordinator and liaison plus I am an all-round good guy!

 

No job too big or too small. One prerequisite is it has to inspire.

My attention to detail, and eye and style for the shot, sets me apart from other photographers.
